Jude Bellingham ‘in heated training clash with Real Madrid teammate’ just days before Arsenal showdown

Jude Bellingham Reportedly Involved in Training Ground Dispute with Real Madrid Teammate Ahead of Arsenal Clash

Reports suggest Jude Bellingham was at the heart of a tense incident during a Real Madrid training session, just days before their Champions League quarter-final second leg against Arsenal.

Bellingham was rested for Real’s recent 1-0 win over Alaves, with Eduardo Camavinga scoring the decisive goal just before Kylian Mbappe was sent off for a reckless challenge on Antonio Blanco. Both Bellingham and Vinicius Jr were omitted from the squad to keep them fresh for the midweek showdown.

However, Spanish outlet El Chiringuito reports that Bellingham’s training session on the eve of the Alaves game was far from uneventful. During a small-sided match, Bellingham reportedly clashed with Antonio Rudiger after a tackle from the German defender sparked a reaction. The England star is said to have responded angrily, verbally confronting Rudiger, which prompted teammates to intervene and calm the situation before it escalated further.

Despite the tension, both players are expected to feature in Wednesday’s crucial second leg, having started in the 3-0 first-leg loss to Arsenal. That defeat came after two stunning free-kicks from Declan Rice and a well-placed strike by Mikel Merino, leaving Real Madrid with a massive task ahead.

Still, manager Carlo Ancelotti remains hopeful. Speaking ahead of the return leg, he expressed confidence in the team’s ability to pull off another memorable European comeback at the Bernabéu.

“I want to see a Real Madrid team that regains its rhythm and stays positive,” Ancelotti said. “We’ll give it everything. This club has achieved the impossible before, and we’ll fight to do it again—with our fans behind us, right until the final whistle.”
