Christian Falk reports that Liverpool are showing interest in a Mohamed Salah lookalike valued at €100 million.

Trusted German journalist Christian Falk has revealed a major transfer scoop, reporting that Liverpool are interested in Bayern Munich winger Michael Olise.

The French international previously impressed in the Premier League with Crystal Palace but has elevated his game since moving to Bayern.

Last season, Olise netted 20 goals across all competitions and has already scored three goals in three matches this season.

In his CF Bayern Insider column, Falk states that Liverpool, Manchester City, and Paris Saint-Germain are all keen on Olise.

However, with no release clause in his contract and a market value of €100 million according to Transfermarkt, securing his transfer will be challenging.

Michael Olise could be the ideal replacement for Mohamed Salah at Liverpool As Mohamed Salah ages, Liverpool may soon need to find a successor to the Egyptian star.

Olise, 23, could be an excellent choice, offering speed, skill, and goal-scoring ability from the right wing.

“It’s true: Premier League clubs have Olise on their radar,” Falk noted.

“PSG is interested too, and as a French player, Olise would fit well into their Ligue 1 philosophy. In England, there’s frustration that Olise wasn’t retained in the Premier League. Newcastle were the only club to make a serious attempt but lost out to Bayern in negotiations.

“Now, bigger clubs like Liverpool and Manchester City have joined the chase. However, Bayern Munich will not entertain offers, and the rumors about a release clause in Olise’s contract are false.”
