Arsenal targeting winger known as the ‘Japanese Messi’ for January move.

Arsenal are reportedly contemplating a quick move for Real Sociedad winger Takefusa Kubo in January.

Journalist Marco Molla has stated that the Gunners have been long-time admirers of the 23-year-old Japanese international and have a solid relationship with Sociedad.

Kubo, once regarded as one of Real Madrid’s brightest young talents, moved to Sociedad for more playing time.

Known for his exceptional technique and goal-scoring ability, he has earned the nickname ‘Japanese Messi’ from fans.

This season, Kubo has scored four goals and provided two assists.

Kubo is aware of Arsenal’s interest and is said to be open to a move to the Premier League.
