Arsenal have unexpectedly become contenders in the race to sign Matheus Cunha.

Arsenal are reportedly keen on signing Matheus Cunha from Wolves during the January transfer window, according to Mike McGrath of The Telegraph.

While they face stiff competition to land him, this has not stopped them from pursuing the deal.

The Gunners’ interest in the Brazilian forward is thought to have been sparked even before Bukayo Saka’s injury, indicating their long-term intentions to bolster their attack.

Cunha’s strong performances at Wolves, with 10 goals and four assists, will make it challenging for Arsenal, as they are likely to face intense competition for his signature.
