Arsenal are expected to sign four key players in the summer transfer window to strengthen Mikel Arteta’s squad.

On Saturday, Arsenal’s Premier League title hopes suffered another setback after they were held to a 1-1 draw against Everton. Leandro Trossard put the Gunners ahead, but Iliman Ndiaye equalized from the penalty spot early in the second half. The result left Liverpool with an 11-point lead at the top of the table before their match against Fulham on Sunday.

With the league title slipping away, Arteta is likely to shift focus to the Champions League, where Arsenal face Real Madrid in a highly anticipated quarter-final clash on Tuesday night.

Looking ahead to the summer, reports suggest Arsenal are targeting four key signings. Speaking on TNT Sports, Spanish football expert Guillem Balague said, “Arsenal will need to find replacements for departing players and bring in three or four signings who can go straight into the starting lineup.”

He added, “A left winger, a centre-forward, and a holding midfielder are priorities. We’ve heard names like Martin Zubimendi, Viktor Gyokeres, Benjamin Sesko, and Nico Williams as potential targets.”

Balague also noted that Arsenal will have to be strategic in the market, saying, “Berta (Arsenal’s recruitment chief) will need to be creative. The club isn’t planning to spend £200m or £300m, so they’ll have to balance spending with sales. Arteta has said this will be the most important transfer window in years, and having Berta alongside him will be crucial.”

After their Champions League showdown with Madrid, Arsenal will return to Premier League action next Saturday against Brentford at the Emirates Stadium.
