Arsenal hit hard by Bukayo Saka injury blow
Bukayo Saka is set to be unavailable for Arsenal for the foreseeable future after suffering a right hamstring injury during their 5-1 win over Crystal Palace on Saturday.
On Monday, manager Mikel Arteta confirmed that Saka will be sidelined for “many weeks,” though the full extent of the injury and his recovery timeline remain unclear. When asked if Saka had torn his hamstring, Arteta responded, “yes.”
While Arsenal only have one match left in December, their packed January schedule includes nine games. If Saka is out for around six weeks, he could miss as many as 10 matches, creating a significant challenge for the Gunners during a crucial phase of the season.
