Some Liverpool supporters are growing impatient over the drawn-out nature of Florian Wirtz’s proposed transfer, which seems to have been stuck in a “nearly done” phase for several days.

Wirtz is believed to have agreed to a five-year contract with Liverpool, worth up to €22 million (£18.5 million) annually.
