Based on Joyce’s report, the most likely signings at this stage seem to be a forward and a left-back, with Alexander Isak and Milos Kerkez leading the way in those positions.
However, with the transfer window still ahead, much can change.
Slot clearly has a substantial list of potential targets, and Virgil van Dijk appears confident that significant investment will be made in the squad he has pledged his future to.
