Victor Lindelof came out aggressively against Mikel Merino right from the opening moments of the match.

In the first incident, Lindelof appeared to choke the Arsenal midfielder, but referee Anthony Taylor simply told Merino to get back on his feet.

Later on, Lindelof shoved the Spaniard straight into his own teammate, De Ligt. The forceful clash left both Merino and De Ligt on the ground for a while as they recovered from the impact.
