Mohamed Salah has emphasized that Liverpool must win the Premier League this season following their 2-0 victory over Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday.

When asked by Sky Sports whether he is currently playing at his best, the 32-year-old downplayed personal achievements, highlighting that winning the league is his top priority.
“I don’t know. It’s a matter of opinion. Some may prefer my early seasons, others may prefer now, but I prefer now because winning the league and helping the younger players is special,” Salah said. “We need another title. Me and the senior players in the squad, we need another title.”

Salah has been in outstanding form this season, recording 25 goals and 16 assists in 27 league matches—just one goal involvement shy of his most productive season since arriving in 2017.
