Errol Musk, father of Tesla CEO Elon Musk, has revealed that his son has shown interest in purchasing Liverpool Football Club.
Initially, when asked about Elon’s potential plans, Errol joked, “I can’t comment on that, they’ll raise the price.” He added, “Oh yes, [he has expressed interest], but that doesn’t mean he’s buying it.”
When questioned whether owning a Premier League club is part of Elon’s ambitions, Errol responded, “He would like it, obviously. Who wouldn’t? Even I would.”
He explained their family’s connection to Liverpool, saying, “Elon’s grandmother was born in Liverpool, and we have relatives there. We were also fortunate to learn a lot about The Beatles because they had connections with some of my family. We’re quite attached to Liverpool.”
Meanwhile, Alan Shearer reflected on Manchester United’s draw, noting that while Liverpool appeared unsettled, they remained unbeaten.
