Arsenal reportedly interested in signing Brentford forward Bryan Mbeumo.

Arsenal have been linked with a potential move for Brentford forward Bryan Mbeumo, according to Football London.

The Cameroonian attacker impressed during Brentford’s 3-1 loss to Arsenal on Wednesday night, scoring and reportedly catching the Gunners’ attention.

Arsenal may consider making a significant bid for the 25-year-old in January, but his £78 million price tag could be a deterrent.

With Bukayo Saka sidelined for several months due to injury, Mbeumo offers a Premier League-proven option who is immediately available.

The Brentford star has been in fine form this season, netting 11 goals in 19 Premier League appearances.

Meanwhile, Gabriel Martinelli has acknowledged the challenge of replacing Saka, admitting, “No one can replace him.”
