Tottenham Player Ratings vs Nottingham Forest (3–0)
Tottenham, under Thomas Frank, again lacked invention in attack, while a series of defensive lapses made life easy for Nottingham Forest, who cruised to a convincing 3–0 victory.
Guglielmo Vicario – 2
A nightmare opening period for the goalkeeper. One error quickly led to another, with Vicario badly misreading a Callum Hudson-Odoi cross and losing his position, leaving Spurs vulnerable. A hugely damaging display.
Pedro Porro – 3
Out of position as Hudson-Odoi skipped past Rodrigo Bentancur and sent in a cross that found the net. Porro’s failure to cover his flank allowed the danger to grow unchecked.
Cristian Romero – 4
His combative style failed to provide stability, as Forest punished Tottenham’s own errors. Spurs largely contributed to their problems in both halves.
Micky van de Ven – 4
Made a key intervention after Morgan Gibbs-White profited from a loose Xavi Simons pass. He tried to carry the ball forward from deep but could do little to prevent the goals.
Djed Spence – 4
Handled Omari Hutchinson well in the first half and showed intent going forward. However, playing on the left as a right-footer limited Spurs’ attacking fluency. Substituted for Ben Davies.

A tough night for the youngster. Pressured into a costly mistake in the first half by Sangare as Spurs played out from the back. Had a chance to equalise before the break, but it was saved. Taken off soon after the hour mark.
Xavi Simons – 3
After some promising recent outings, this was a below-par performance. Sloppy in possession and repeatedly gave the ball away, preventing Tottenham from sustaining pressure.
Mohammed Kudus – 3
Moves frequently stalled as he held on to the ball too long, allowing Forest to reset. Poor delivery, ineffective dribbling, and his weakest showing since arriving at Spurs.
Richarlison – 3
Didn’t manage a single shot on target and struggled to connect play or assert himself in the air. His performance mirrored Tottenham’s lack of cutting edge.
Randal Kolo Muani – 3
Largely anonymous despite a few direct runs at the Forest defence. Often delayed his decision-making, giving the hosts time to recover.
