Liverpool, under Arne Slot, who are planning attacking reinforcements next year, have also been linked with the Bournemouth star. Alongside the Reds, Manchester United are showing genuine interest in the forward as well.
Semenyo is celebrated for his pace and dribbling, but this season he has also added goal-scoring to his game, netting six times in 11 Premier League appearances. His all-round improvement has unsurprisingly caught the eye of England’s elite clubs. Sources close to the situation indicate that City’s interest has been longstanding, with their recruitment team monitoring him since his Championship days.
