Liverpool are reportedly monitoring Michael Olise, as confirmed by Christian Falk in his CF Bayern Insider column.
Speculation around the French winger continues to grow, with reports suggesting that Liverpool could be forced to pay up to €150 million to secure his signature. According to Fichajes, the Reds rate Olise at around €100 million or slightly higher.
This comes after a record-breaking summer in which Liverpool splashed out heavily — notably signing Alexander Isak for a British-record £125 million, as reported by BBC Sport. The club also brought in Hugo Ekitike, Florian Wirtz, Jeremie Frimpong, and Milos Kerkez, marking a major shift from the previous year when they made just one signing.
With Mohamed Salah aging and not quite at his peak, Liverpool could soon be on the lookout for a long-term successor — and Olise appears to fit the bill perfectly.
The 23-year-old impressed during his time at Crystal Palace before joining Bayern Munich, and a Premier League return would no doubt excite neutral fans. However, it would also be a concerning prospect for Liverpool’s rivals if the Reds were to once again spend big and add another world-class talent to their ranks.
