Weather Warning Eases Ahead of Liverpool’s Champions League Clash with Atletico

The weather alert, which spans from Sunday evening through Monday, cautioned that high winds could lead to delays across road, rail, air, and ferry transport, with coastal areas potentially facing spray and large waves. Despite this, the Met Office has confirmed that the forecast for Wednesday looks clear, and no active warnings are in place for the day of the game.
This will come as welcome news for fans, particularly after last season’s unexpected postponement of the Merseyside derby at Goodison Park due to dangerous wind conditions.
