Stefan Bajcetic is expected to remain at Liverpool for the 2025/26 season, rather than heading out on loan like Tyler Morton or James McConnell.
This decision comes despite the young Spaniard enjoying a productive loan spell at Las Palmas during the 2024/25 campaign, where he made 14 appearances.
According to trusted journalist Paul Joyce of The Times, Liverpool’s plan is to keep Bajcetic at the club, where he’ll continue his development under Arne Slot and the coaching staff.
Keeping him around also helps Liverpool meet their homegrown player requirement for the Champions League squad.
The 20-year-old has already featured 22 times for the senior team, scoring once in a 3-1 victory over Aston Villa back in 2022.
