The 24-year-old has found regular game time hard to come by in Madrid, prompting his camp to explore potential moves. Reports suggest Real Madrid would demand a fee of around £52 million for his services.

What Diaz Could Offer Spurs

Diaz, a former Manchester City player, joined Real Madrid in 2019 and has made more than 140 appearances, winning the Champions League and two La Liga titles.
His loan spell at AC Milan between 2020 and 2023 saw him establish himself as a key attacking figure, earning plaudits for his creativity and technical ability.
