They reported: “Napoli and Juventus are interested in taking Chiesa on loan from Liverpool, according to Sky in Italy. Chiesa likely to stay… at least for now
With Alexander Isak sidelined for a couple more months and Mo Salah still competing in the Africa Cup of Nations with Egypt, Liverpool aren’t in a position to let Chiesa go this month, despite his limited starts.

It makes sense for the Reds to keep him through the remainder of the season and reassess in the summer transfer window, when signing a replacement would be more feasible. While Chiesa may not be a regular starter under Slot, he remains a fan favorite and demonstrated his value with a stoppage-time goal-saving intervention against Sunderland last month.

Chiesa doesn’t seem like the type to force a move, though he is likely frustrated by the scarcity of opportunities, particularly given Liverpool’s depleted attacking options. For now, an exit looks improbable—but as long as he continues to make mostly substitute appearances, questions about his future are likely to persist.
