Harry Kane tipped for a Tottenham comeback as ex-teammate Christian Eriksen says a Spurs reunion would be thrilling

Christian Eriksen has voiced his support for the idea of Harry Kane returning to Tottenham in the future, saying he would be delighted to see his former teammate back at the club where his journey began. Kane departed Spurs in 2023 after years as their leading figure, choosing a fresh challenge with Bayern Munich — a decision that has paid off handsomely. The England captain has flourished in the Bundesliga, establishing himself as a key player for the German champions and securing the first major trophy of his career last season.

Despite Kane’s success and apparent contentment in Germany, Eriksen believes the door remains open for a reunion. The Danish midfielder, who spent six-and-a-half years in north London and formed a strong on-field partnership with Kane, admitted he hopes the striker will one day return to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Eriksen feels such a move would be a special moment for both Kane and the club, giving fans the chance to see the Spurs icon complete a full-circle comeback later in his career.
