Liverpool set to table €100m offer for attacker with 60 goal contributions as Mohamed Salah’s successor.

Liverpool are reportedly lining up Barcelona star Raphinha as their main target to succeed Mohamed Salah next summer.

According to Spanish outlet Fichajes, the Reds are ready to submit a €100m offer for the Brazilian winger — a fee Barcelona would likely accept as they look to ease Financial Fair Play pressure. Atletico Madrid are also said to be in the race for the player.

Raphinha’s output at Barcelona highlights why he’s viewed as an ideal Salah replacement. After impressing in the Premier League with Leeds United, he has elevated his performances even further in La Liga.

Still, questions remain after several recent signings have struggled to make an impact. Although Hugo Ekitike has settled well, new arrivals Florian Wirtz, Alexander Isak, Jeremie Frimpong, and Milos Kerkez have so far failed to impress.
