Liverpool poised to break their transfer record to land the ‘magician’ hailed for being able to ‘do it all’.

Liverpool have reportedly set their sights on French international Michael Olise as they begin planning for life after Mohamed Salah.

The 23-year-old winger has impressed since his arrival at Bayern Munich, quickly establishing himself as one of Europe’s most exciting young attackers. His teammate Dayot Upamecano even hailed him as “a magician… technically outstanding… he can score, create, and even defend.”

According to Fichajes, Liverpool view Olise as the ideal successor to Salah, who is expected to leave Anfield in the near future as he enters the latter stages of his career. The club is now exploring the possibility of cashing in on their legendary Egyptian forward and replacing him with a younger, high-impact alternative.

Olise possesses all the tools to become a world-class star, but prising him away from Bayern will require a monumental bid. Reports indicate Liverpool are preparing a historic offer approaching €200 million to convince the German champions to sanction the move—an offer that would be extremely difficult for Bayern to reject.

A return to England could appeal to Olise, who previously shone in the Premier League with Crystal Palace. His familiarity with the league means he could settle quickly and deliver immediate results. With Liverpool seeking fresh quality and explosiveness on the wings, the Frenchman’s goals, creativity, pace, and unpredictability make him a near-perfect fit.

With Salah struggling for top form this season, moving for Olise could be a timely and strategic upgrade.

Last season, the Bayern star recorded an astonishing 20 goals and 23 assists across all competitions—numbers that underline why securing his signature would be a blockbuster move for Liverpool.
